Lightrayne's Onslaught Endgame Builds
These are the heroes that I used the most often in my climb from Floor 55 – 114. By choosing the right defenses against the lane/mutator combinations and carefully micromanaging the more difficult lanes with the most effective heroes, I have been able to comfortably solo my way up the floors. These builds assume you have high-end C7 gear, so I would not recommend these builds for the lower floors unless you know how to replicate it with the appropriate alternatives.
Keep in mind that these builds aren’t the only viable ones in the Onslaught endgame, but I’m sharing these to give you an idea of features you might want for your own deck. Dryad is actually really strong, but using her the way I want means I have to stay on Dryad actively most of the time and hero swapping mid-combat could cost me some lanes. I prefer a play style that lets me use the strengths of several heroes.
Just having the right resources doesn’t guarantee the win, so take time to learn the enemy types and mutators. There is usually a set of answers to each combination.
Here’s some resources that can help you prepare for onslaught. Sorry for the nasty looking URLs, but the link insert does not seem to work. 😛
